Returns & Refunds Policy

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect orders, or sizing issues.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we will gladly make it right.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

 

• Your order number

• A clear photo of the issue

 

Once reviewed, we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

 

• Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

• Incorrect size or style selected by the customer

• Normal variations in color or placement due to the printing process
