At Tiny Loft Critters, we take pride in the quality of our products and carefully inspect every order before it ships.

Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your order arrives with a quality issue or damage, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• A clear photo of the issue

Once we review and confirm the issue, we’ll be happy to offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.

Please note:

• We do not accept returns for change of mind, or personal preference.

• Items must be unused and in their original condition when reporting an issue.
